The Panasonic AG-HMC150 was released in 2008, but is still a camera that can keep up with the cameras of today. The camera records up to 1080/60i and can record in 720/60p with many different combinations in between. It also has a wide range of settings for colour, exposure with neutral density filters, sound and other variables that the user can customise. The camera records in AVCHD format and uses SD cards. Peckham Events Venue Celebrates Two Year Anniversary Art by boardman - November 6, 2019December 1, 20190 Peckham Levels is celebrating its two year anniversary this week. The Peckham Levels was created in 2017 and contains a diverse mix of art studios, and other businesses. Located in an alleyway, it is a maze-like venue resembling an old parking garage. The venue has six levels, and one is greeted by a colourful staircase on the ground floor that one must climb. The first four levels are private art and studio studio spaces reserved for members, and two levels at the top are open to the public, where people can see art exhibitions, visit restaurants, do yoga or even get a haircut. Chewy Cannon’s New Adidas Liberty Cup Shoe Release Skate by boardman - October 21, 2019December 1, 20190 Chewy Cannon’s Adidas Liberty Cup Shoe was launched on Saturday with a jam at South Bank and the introduction of a new skate obstacle for the undercroft to celebrate the release. Hundreds of skaters turned up for the event to celebrate the new shoe. There was a DJ booth playing a mix of reggae music and the crowd was excited as they were trying tricks on the new obstacle for cash. The event began at 3.00pm and continued on into the evening. The shoe is Chewy Cannon’s new Liberty Cup model, and features a black upper with brown gum soles. The shoe retails for $100 and looks great. Climate Protests in Central London Disrupt Busy Roadways Course Work by boardman - October 8, 2019November 24, 20190 A string of Extinction Rebellion protests to combat climate change have shut down busy roadways in Central London affecting businesses and traffic. The protest is centered around Trafalgar Square where there is a large congregation of people holding picket signs, dancing and singing, along with tents pitched in the road. This event has closed off parts of Northumberland Avenue, The Mall, Strand, Cockspur Street and Whitehall to the Palace of Westminster, with no car access. Delivery people were walking for blocks with deliveries on pallet trucks to get them to their destination. Local businesses have been affected by the congestion, causing for less business, and long commutes.
