Throughout his career, Mario Balotelli has been subject to many caricatures and comedic images, including this hilarious fashion statement. This image, in particular, is an excellent photo of Mario Balotelli in a quite goofy hat. Balotellis funny hat itself is reminiscent of one worn by the villain in one of the ‘Wallace and Gromit’ films.

The Ex-Liverpool mans’ fashion sense is epitomized in such a ridiculous hat, very correspondent to the footballers’ rambunctious nature on and off the pitch. The frontman was quite disappointing during his time in Merseyside, only making 16 appearances in a year and a half in the side. As an even greater insult to injury Balotelli finished his stint at Anfield with only one goal in his sixteen games. This itself would be a disappointing record for any of Europes elite No.9s’. Yet for his semi inexpensive transfer of 16 million pounds (due to today’s inflation in the finances of football) his one goal return made a mockery of the transfer and subsequently, the striker was bashed for only providing his 16 million pound tap in goal for the Reds.
