US Election 2020: “Anyone who’s responsible for that many deaths should not remain as President of the United States of America,” Joe Biden says.

The US Election holds its last presidential debate at Tennessee Belmont University. Americans are angry over Covid-19 and watch Trump and Biden clash on healthcare. 

America wants an explanation for the 220,000 Americans who have died from contracting Covid-19. Americans are watching the President address Covid-19 at Tennessee’s Belmont University. With a mute button in place, the last leg of the race gave space for an important debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

“Anyone who’s responsible for that many deaths should not remain as president of the United States of America,” Joe Biden says.

PA notes Biden mocked Trump for once suggesting bleach helped kill Covid-19.

“He says we’re, you know, we’re learning to live with it. People are learning to die with it.”

PA calls Donald Trump predictable. 

They say Trump has received variations of the same question in interviews and has rarely delivered a clear answer. 

Americans are furious that Donald Trump is failing to take account of the growing pandemic. He says the nation is “turning a corner.” Several U.S. states reported record single-day increases in Covid-19 infections on Thursday.

Biden points to the camera and says: “You folks home will have an empty chair at the kitchen table this morning.” Trump calls Biden’s “the family around the table” references those of a “typical politician.”

“We can’t lock ourselves up in a basement like Joe does,” Trump says.

According to PA, this is a repeat of Trump’s spring and summer attacks on Biden staying at his residence and not campaigning in-person amid the pandemic.

Predictions assume winter will bring a swarm of new cases. Trump was firm businesses should reopen. “We have no choice.” The country could not afford businesses remaining closed he exclaims. With a devastated economy, Americans are conflicted.

Healthcare has been under scrutiny in America for years.

Trump declares that he wants to “terminate” the 2010 Affordable Care Act, the program known as Obamacare, while still offering no replacement that would protect people with pre-existing health conditions, including Covid-19. Biden hammers these efforts. “People deserve to have affordable healthcare, period,”  he says.

73 million viewers tuned in. 47 million Americans have cast ballots. Early voting shows Donald Trump has a small window of influence on undecided voters. According to SKY news, opinion polls show most Americans disapprove of Trump’s response to the virus. With 11 days to go before the election, it is clear that healthcare will predominantly determine the outcome of the race.
