COVID-19 curfew measures causes Brits to be crammed closer together around 10pm.

The 10pm curfew has caused Brits at night to be more at risk of contracting coronavirus by leaving places at the same time to travel home, causing them to be close together.

A video recently emerged showing a busy Oxford Circus in London as crowds leaving restaurants and pubs are made to travel together in order to arrive home, causing distancing difficulties ensuing from the strict closing time imposed.

Although this has caused annoyance across Britain as the night is cut short, Cabinet Minister Michael Gove has implied that it is okay to continue drinking at home with others as long as it abides by the ‘rule of six’.

As pubs close and the night seemingly ends, people are queuing up outside off-license shops to stock up on alcohol to continue their amusements at home, again causing people to cluster closely together.

These incidents highlight how trying to tackle social situations question the effectiveness of the new curfew and whether they have brung more problems than before this countrywide check out time.
