Lewisham shopping centre has now opened up a wavy new garm store for male and female skater teens, located next to Lewisham overground station its a perfect place to connect to London’s big designers to youngsters. They hold a range of brands from big designers such as Cheap Monday and Vans to more independent clothing from designers like Poker clothing.

Circle clothing is a fantastic edition to the range of shops Lewisham holds although it breaks to mould as its a social enterprise and registered charity. They claim on the Lewisham shopping centre website that they were “created to help unemployed young people acquire and develop the workplace skills, confidence, positive mindset and self-discipline needed to secure life-changing permanent employment.” This demonstrates how young people are having their demands met by having easy employment in order to develop in life.
Not only does the new Circle Clothing store provide more opportunities for young people around the London area but it creates a physical enjoyment for young people as they are constantly connected to social media refraining them to socialise face to face. Circle Clothing creates a space were teens and young people feel listened to and appreciated for being unique and holding a range of stereotypes.
The store is located opposite Primark, on the ground floor of the shopping centre. Its open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 6.30pm, Thursday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
